We build software we have to keep running.
DevTechGuru builds software for other companies and operates six production systems of its own. The second is what makes the first worth trusting.

What we believe
Four things we argue about
Not values on a wall. These are the positions that decide arguments about scope, architecture and what we will and will not agree to build.
Software is judged in year three, not week one.
Anything ships if the deadline is loud enough. What matters is whether it is still serving the business when the people who built it have moved on.
The process is the specification.
The workaround on someone’s desktop is not a failure of discipline. It is the requirement nobody wrote down, and the replacement that ignores it will be worked around within a month.
AI is a tool with a specific job.
We use it heavily where it outperforms the alternative and not at all where it does not. Both decisions are made on evidence.
Accountability does not transfer with the repository.
We stay reachable. Owning our own products makes that a habit rather than a promise.

We are headquartered in Dhaka and our systems run in four countries. The work is done from one place; the consequences of it are felt in Riyadh, Dubai, Motijheel and Boston.
