Terms for using this site.
These cover this website. They do not govern work we do for you. That is set out in the contract you sign, and nothing here overrides it.
What this page covers
This site is published by DevTechGuru Limited. Reading it, or sending us a message through the contact form, is covered by what follows. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement: a statement of work, a master services agreement, or both. Where the two differ, the signed agreement is what counts.
The content here
We describe what we have built and how we work. Descriptions of products and past deployments are accurate as published, but they are not an offer, a specification, or a warranty that we will build the same thing for you. Scope, timelines and commitments live in a contract, not on a marketing page.
Text, design, code and marks on this site belong to DevTechGuru Limited. Third-party names appear only where we describe work honestly, and they remain the property of their owners. Their presence on this page is not a claim of endorsement.
Getting in touch
Anything you send through the contact form reaches us as an email. Do not send confidential material through it. If you need to share something sensitive before an agreement is in place, email info@devtechguru.com and we will arrange an NDA and a sensible channel first.
What we do with what you send is set out on Privacy.
Availability
This is a marketing site. We do not commit to it being reachable at any particular moment, and we may change what is on it. Availability commitments for systems we build and operate are set out per engagement, and are contractual rather than published here.
Contractual terms such as governing law, liability and IP assignment are answered per engagement rather than published, because they differ across the jurisdictions we deliver into. Ask and you will get a direct answer.
